• Announce new books, promotions, events.

5. How we store & secure data

• Mailing list is hosted on MailerLite / Kit / other GDPR-compliant ESP (EU servers or Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Access limited to Aleks Filmore and one trusted assistant, protected by strong passwords and 2-factor authentication.
• No personal data is ever sold or rented.

6. Retention periods

• Email data: kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Analytics logs: retained 26 months, then anonymised or deleted automatically.

7. Sharing & processors

We share data only with trusted service providers that process it on our behalf and under strict confidentiality:

• Email service provider (MailerLite / Kit).
• Cloud storage (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive) only if you click an external download link.

All processors are GDPR-compliant.
