3. Returns & Refunds Policy

How Returns Work

For Digital Products (Audiobooks, Ebooks, PDF guides):

• Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date
• Email hello@aleksfilmore.com with your order confirmation
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method

For Physical Products (Signed Books):

• Each book is personally signed and customized for the buyer
• Returns on personalized items are accepted within 14 days if the item arrives damaged or not as described
• Contact us before returning any physical item so we can arrange the process

• Terms of Living is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office as a literary work (Claim No. 1-15120633951) and is protected under U.S. copyright law.

As an EU citizen, and as these works were written and produced in Belgium, both works are automatically protected in all countries party to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, including all EU member states, from the moment of their creation — without registration or formality.

Your purchase grants you:

• Right to stream and access for personal listening/reading
• Permission to share reasonable excerpts for review purposes

You may not:

• Redistribute, share, or resell the content
• Use content for commercial purposes without permission
• Remove copyright notices or attribution
• Create derivative works without authorization
